QR Code & Reply Letters

Each letter contains a QR code linking the recipient to our reply page. The QR code contains a unique, non-reversible token — not the recipient's personal data. The recipient's mailing address is stored securely and only used to enable reply letters.

Data Retention

  • Letter content is stored for 90 days after delivery to enable replies, then permanently deleted
  • Mailing addresses are retained for 90 days after last use, then permanently deleted
  • Account and billing data follows standard retention requirements

Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Object to processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time
